Context-sensitive tab — appears when the Channel context is active.

Simulation​

Start​

Tooltip: Start the channel simulation

Start running the channel-evolution simulation.

Step​

Tooltip: Run one simulation step

Advance the channel-evolution simulation by a single time step.

Stop​

Tooltip: Stop the simulation

Stop the running channel-evolution simulation.

Record Geomodel​

Tooltip: Record the geomodel

Record the current simulation state as a 3D geomodel for later inspection.

Reset​

Tooltip: Reset the simulation

Reset the channel-evolution simulation to its initial conditions.
